the hotel is close to many attractions. the staff helped book transport for us. the gym has technogym equipment. breakfast had very good food, a fantastic offering.
the room was rather small. there was a narrow corridor, i could not even put shoes in it. i consider putting rain-wet shoes in the closet unhygienic.

We received a honeymoon surprise with room decorations. The breakfast buffet provided many choices that suited varied tastes. The staff showed friendliness and warmth .
The room could have been slightly warmer. I struggled a bit with the heating adjustments.

the hotel gym was awesome. it had a full floor of weights, machines, and a stretching area. there was also water available. the front desk staff was very attentive.
the room cleaning was not good. we were supplied with two bath towels on the first night only. the foot mat was removed and not replaced.

The staff were helpful. (I cannot deny that.)
The breakfast quality was disappointing, it lacked gluten-free or lactose-free options unless specifically requested. The bathroom was quite small, a real squeeze. The room itself felt very bare, which wasn't the luxury experience I anticipated for the price.

I was really let down by a couple of things. first, the room felt stuffy. Even with the windows open, there was almost no air circulating. also, i found that some of the furniture looked a little worn, like the tiles and some of the doors seemed older than expected, this was disappointing.
